Gilles Peterson…founder of Talkin' Loud Records and host of the "Worldwide" show on BBC Radio 1 returns to Toronto for his first visit since 1998. Gilles has dropped two classic compilations (INCredible sounds of Gilles Peterson, and Worldwide) since his last time here. Having signed classic acts from Incognito and The Young Disciples to Roni Size and MJ Cole, Gilles continues his tradition of exposing new sounds and new talent to the world connecting the dots from Brazilian vibes, fresh 2-step garage, rare groove, obscure Afro-Cuban jazz funk and all points in between.
Mad poet Earl Zinger former Galliano front man and co-producer of the Two Banks Of Four project joins Gilles' musical excursion on the mic disseminating mystical truths, party rockin' and generally having a good time.

Hot Stepper Productions (Carlos and Pedro Mondesir) creators of Garage 416, Bump N' Hustle and innumerable other musical gatherings celebrate 6 years of pioneering the jazzy, soulful, funky essence of dance music from the roots to the cutting edge in Toronto. We present our original Bump N' Hustle crew of Paul E. Lopes, Jason Palma and Mike Tull to rep the Toronto party flavour that is now known worldwide as one of the hottest spots on the planet.
